Ordering
online at DockGear.com is safe and easy!
Ordering:
Just
click on a Product Category link located at the left-hand side of
all web pages. You will then see the products available for that
category. To see detail information and to order, click on the "More
Information" button or product image.
On
the Product Details page you'll see a Quantity box, "Add to Cart"
button and Product Options available for that product; if any. Please
note that some products have required options, such as color or
hardware type.
Any product options that include additional charges will be noted
next to the option.
Coupon
Codes:
To
use the coupon code, just select the "Checkout" button and enter the
code into the coupon code box. Select the "Update" button or continue
with checkout and the discount will be applied.
Checkout:
After
adding your products to the shopping cart, you're now ready for
checkout. Just click on the "Checkout" button located
at the top-right area of the site. You will then go to a page where
you can either log in, if you're an existing customer, or proceed
as a "New Customer". If you're a new customer, select
the the "New Customer" button and fill in your complete information.
Once
you've filled in your information you will then proceed to Step
2 of the checkout process. At this point, please review your shipping
options and provide any special comments and continue to Step 3.
Step 3 is the payment method. Enter your payment information and
continue to the final step... then submit the order.
That's it, you're done. You'll receive an order confirmation by
email and we will also notify you when your order has been shipped
(if tracking numbers are available, they will be available in your
account area - My DockGear).
